Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream Review

While I don’t have dark undereyes, I’ve started using an eye cream for preventative reasons. Because of the sensitivity of that undereye area, using a product that is free of fragrance, essential oils, and alcohol is especially important - and that’s totally up Drunk Elephant’s alley.

Dancing with C-Tango

The key ingredients range from peptides, which are the new kid on the block with respect to anti-aging, to forms of vitamin C, which brighten skin tone. Antioxidants include green tea, strawberry seed extract, and ubiquinone, which has been shown to reduce wrinkle depth (PubMed ID: 10416055. Soothing ingredients include aloe and cucumber extract. Moisture barrier strengthening ingredients include linoleic acid and different kinds of ceramide.

This is a thick, nourishing cream that feels super emollient without being greasy. The consistency feels similar to my essential Glow Recipe Avocado Sleeping Mask due to the avocado oil and linoleic acid. It has no scent and no stickiness.

Like most eye creams, this is pricy per ounce. It retails at $64 for 15 mL (the 5 mL travel size is pictured).

This makes my eyes feel alive, rested, and plump. If this weren’t priced like an eye cream, I would use it all over my face!
